A clearer process for your team.
When guests leave belongings behind, your team needs a practical way to record finds, review claims and coordinate returns.
Who can report an item?
People can report things they have lost or found. Participating organizations can also use Renuir for their found-item workflow.
Does a match mean it is my item?
No. A suggested match is a possibility. Compare photos and identifying details, then discuss them with the other person before arranging a return.
What if there is no match yet?
Keep your report accurate and review nearby finds. Renuir cannot guarantee that an item will be reported, matched or returned.
How do we arrange a return?
Use the app to agree on a place and time. A handover code confirms the exchange. Delivery depends on the options available for that return.
Do I need to share sensitive information?
Keep passwords, full identity documents and payment details out of public reports and email. Share only the information needed to help assess the item.
